As I enter my 16th year of teaching Pilates — now in my fourth city — I’ve noticed a clear and meaningful pattern: I’m often called to work with people navigating injury recovery and chronic pain. From hip and knee replacements to frozen shoulders, torn rotator cuffs, shattered ankles, scoliosis, and other structural imbalances, I’ve had the honor of helping clients move toward greater ease and strength.
In response to this growing need, I’ve created a special series of instructional videos focused on rehabilitation and pain management. My goal is to make Pilates more accessible to anyone who may benefit from it — especially those who are healing, rebuilding, or seeking support in feeling better in their bodies.
